    There's plenty to see at NPE 2006 (June 19-23, Chicago), but if you need a change of scenery and a break from the busy week, consider taking a short cab ride up to the John G. Shedd Aquarium. It's less than a mile north of McCormick Place on South Lake Shore Drive, and it's said to be the world's largest indoor aquarium with nearly 20,000 aquatic animals and 1500 species.
